Camera Configuration
Our Canon C80 housing is designed to work with Canon C70 or Canon C80 camera with the BP-A30N battery, and no other additional accessories.
Due to a slight button layout difference between camera versions, the backplate is different between the cameras. Please confirm your camera version when checking out.
Construction
Housing Body: CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium. Grey Anodised for corrosion resistance.
Buttons/Hardware: Marine-grade 316 stainless steel.
Port Options
Salty’s SIREN models offer a stackable bayonet port system for seamless and flexible lens changes.
The C80 housing utilises the SIREN XL Bayonet Port System as standard.
The C80 housing is not compatible with threaded Salty Legacy ports.
Grips
The housing is configured with a side handle on each side as standard.
Paint
Our housings are anodised grey for corrosion resistance, however you also have the option of adding a highly durable two-pack paint finish.
The paint not only provides additional corrosion protection to your housing, but also provides an opportunity to customise the look of your housing.
You get to choose your colour(s)! And the options are almost endless.
